Please note: All sales are final. However, if you face any issue, do reach out to us at hello@ishwarah.com with your concern. We will do our best to find a resolution that honors your experience.

Return Policy

We accept returns only for products with a genuine defect. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing hello@ishwarah.com with:

•  Your Order ID
• A clear snapshot of the defect

Once our team reviews and verifies the issue, a full refund will be initiated.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

• It must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
• It must be returned with the original packaging and tags intact.
• Items without original tags or that show signs of use will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

• Customized products are not eligible for return.
• Return requests made after 24 hours of receiving the product will not be accepted.
• Sale items or items purchased using a discount coupon are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, kindly do so before the item is shipped. Orders canceled prior to dispatch will be eligible for a full refund.
